ALBUQUERQUE JOURNAL LOOKING FOR LOCAL BANDS...

AND FANS FOR RINGTONES.

The Albuquerque Journal wants to hear your band ring. The daily paper is taking submissions now for cellular phone ring tones that it is selling on its Web site, www.abqjournal.com - and it's all local bands. Already, the Dirty Novels, Pheloneous Groove Foundation the Orlandis Band and the James Douglas Show have added 15 second clips that have been turned into ring tones. Check out the current ringtones at www.abqjournal.com and download your favorite for just $1.99. If you want your song as a ringtone, just email a 10 to 15-second MP3 clip and a picture to journal@abqjournal.com.

The Journal is looking for original music you won't hear anywhere else.
